Simple Tiny Shifts is a new mindset and a Time Management method with the goal to inspire and to set up a new mindset who will allow fulfillment and the realization of one’s person potential.

STS Mission is Empowering people and helping one to identify your our own talent and apply it day by day in order to feel fulfilled and happy.

The Life Goal Planner STS is a tool that it will help you to be more productive and achieve your goals.

Realizing your potential: Why is so important?

According to Martin Seligman, founder of positive psychology, “authentic happiness derives from identifying and cultivating one’s own potential and from using them daily in work, in love and in recreational activities”.

Seligman argues that we all have potential that makes us unique and that once recognized can be used in the service of something greater to produce happiness and gratification.

This is why the first part of the Life Goal Planner is “Designing Your Year” and it includes pages such as: world map, yearly overview, Vision Board, Ikigai and Here & Now (The state of Flow).

These exercises help to identify our talents, passions and to clarify our goals.

Why planning will make you happier?

“If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things.”

Albert Einstein

Michael Fordyce, a psychologist and a pioneer in the field of measurement and empirical intervention of happiness, has identified 14 reasons that distinguish happy people.

Between these:

  • being oriented in the present;
  • be more productive by performing meaningful activities;
  • planning and capacity to organize.

The organization and planning contribute to the satisfaction of the small results achieved daily and to the pleasant awareness of having made the most of one’s time.

I would like to, but I don’t have time for it.

There are so many ways to procrastinate. The lie of time is certainly the most popular.

Time is the most democratic resource that exists. The hours in a week are the same for everyone, it’s up to us to decide how to use them.

Simple Tiny Shifts: a new mindset to design your year, your life and realize your potential.

Simple: the action to be taken can also be very simple or in any case always within our reach.

Tiny:  gives you the opportunity to do anything. It is not necessary that the action is that of a turning point or that it is a giant leap. It is enough to do anything, even small, very small, but do it.

Shift: towards your goal and change your mindset a little at a time.

Why Tiny Shifts will make a Big Change

It’s usual to be overwhelmed by the tasks list required to achieve a goal and a vision.

It’s incredibly surprising how it’s easy to make simple tiny steps toward the goal without the pressure of the whole process.

Most importantly, we should never miss the fun and the joy of the journey.

Besides, during every single step, it’s vital to stay focus on the intention set behind the vision.

Et voilà: one Simple Tiny Shift at a time. We can all be the designer of our life, would you?

How Simple Tiny Shifts was born

I love planning and new year’s resolutions.

In January 2017 I was making my usual New Years’ Resolutions when I had the uncomfortable feeling of not having any particular talent or passion, so I look back at the beginning of my life’s journey.

I’ll never forget when I was 20 and I told my grandmother about my decision to study music and cinema at University. She stared at me with her beautiful blue eyes and she said: “And what are you going to do after that?”.

I wanted to work at a music festival!

I was born in a little town in Tuscany, Italy, famous for leather manufacturing, and I was destined to work as an accountant like all my friends.

I’ve followed a different path instead, kept studying and working, focused on my goal, started organizing small concerts in my little hometown and 5 years later I was in Milan, where I worked in a theatre for 2 years and gained enough experience to get the job for one of the biggest music festivals in Italy.

I wished my grandmother was still there to share this achievement with her!

Even after this accomplishment, I kept asking every day: “are my actions in alignment with my purpose?

I also felt the need for a practical, smart tool, which could really help me to keep my focus.

That’s why I designed the Simple Tiny Shifts Planner.

In all these years I’ve crafted my experience and made a synthesis of my approach on how achieving the goals in a planner.

STS uses the same mindset of the designer:

  • Design your year: get clear the vision of what you truly desire, matching your talents with your passions.
  • Make it Real: how to turn the vision into actions in every area of your life.
  • Planning: how to transpose this plan in everyday life, setting the monthly goals and break down the goals in small tasks doable day by day.
  • Review the target: the importance of taking the time and reflecting on the key takeaways, on the achievements and last, not least be grateful for our journey.

The Simple Tiny Shifts is an approach in making the plan real without feeling overwhelmed.

My mantra is:  “What’s my simple tiny shift today?”

Even if there are still a lot of things to learn, to achieve, to do, problems to solve, don’t give up and think: what can I do today?

Even a simple little tiny thing that can shift my plan to the achievement of my goal.

Simple Tiny Shifts Planner is a prototype for a happy life. It walks you through the journey of building a satisfying, meaningful life by approaching the challenge of a new mindset for designing your life.

The planner is undated. It makes me free to being whenever I want without waiting for January, September… I would say, simply without waiting for something.

After 2 years of hard work and a lifetime of personal experiences, I’m ready to get the planner out there.

Funded on Kickstarter at the beginning of 2019, it’s more than a planner. It’s a mindset and a method.

I’m confident my planner will help to get clear about your vision and it will be a useful tool in turning it into reality.

Happy Planning!

P.S. Often they ask me “Why yellow?”. The answer is simple: it’s my favorite color and it just makes me happy.

Don’t worry. If you don’t like yellow, you can personalize your planner as you want. The planner is the partner of your personal journey, so we’d love to have you customize your own planner. Enjoy your journey!
